The Bronx Deli opened August 2007 in Pontiac at a 1500sqft building located across the street from its current location. The home of the our award winning Big Mouth corned beef sandwich is now located at 247 S Telegraph, Pontiac Mi. The Bronx Deli brings the Detroit area the freshest corned beef and pastrami – and lots of it – on fresh bread. It’s a lot of food, and now it’s in your backyard.

What’s the Big Mouth Sandwich? We pile our critically acclaimed corned beef, pastrami, or oven roasted turkey between two THICK slices of our rye bread. Add fine Swiss cheese, some slaw and our secret recipe Russian dressing. You’ve never tasted anything so delicious. Unless, perhaps, you order our Ginsberg Bomber – a Big Mouth-sized sandwich including corned beef AND pastrami with Swiss cheese, slaw and our secret Russian dressing.
Roast beef or turkey your preference? Try a Bronx Reuben, with sauerkraut and Russian dressing. Rye bread not your thing? Not a problem. The bakery’s white, multi grain wheat or sub bun is available on any sandwich.
Want something a bit different? Try our tantalizing paninis, including our Chicken Breast & Cheese panini with dill dressing on Rosemary bread. Or for the more health-conscious, try a Bronx Deli salad including Asian and Greek variations. We’ll even serve up a salad with our corned beef or pastrami for the best of both worlds. Whatever you choose, add a new garlic pickle, some hot homemade soup and an ice-cold Dr. Brown’s or Vernors beverage for a thoroughly satisfying meal.

True Leadership

Owners Len and Marc have been in the food business since childhood. From making pizzas in junior high, Marc grew to serve as a head cook for the United States Air Force Officer’s Club – and believe me, these guys can eat – at the age of 19. Len’s family owned the renowned Mazzola’s Sub Shops in Michigan and Len ran two of those successful stores for ten years. These guys know their food, and their service. You’ll be taken care of like family.
